A chance to find out why Palestine's struggle for freedom has been a fundamental pillar of Iran's foreign policy. This will be an opportunity to gain an understanding of the Iranian government, society and the geopolitical consequences of its support for Palestine. An aim of the meeting will be to look at the Palestinian struggle and support for it in a regional context.

Speakers: Dr. Helyeh Doutaghi is an Iranian legal scholar who is a former associate research scholar at Yale Law School where she was deputy director of the Law and Political Economy Project from 2023 to 2025. Helyeh will speaking remotely from Tehran.

Irfan Chowdhury, researcher and author. Irfan has articles published in DeclassifiedUK, Mondoweiss and Middle East Monitor.

    STOP ARMING ISRAEL
Protest at Genocide Profiteer General Dynamics

Wednesday 10 December 8am. General Dynamics, Castleham Road, Hastings TN38 9NJ.

We will be focussing on the children of Gaza, the children that the Israeli military has been killing for more than 2 years of its genocide. This will include the children that Israel has murdered during the last two months of its ceasefire violations. Many of these children that have been killed or maimed will be by General Dynamics' 2,000 pound bombs.

We will be highlighting the Schools Out for General Dynamics! campaign. We've already had two successes: two local schools have now refused General Dynamics to recruit in their schools.

And we will be continuing our call for Hastings Council to cancel its lease with the General Dynamics' Castleham Road site.

Please share our Facebook event page and our Instagram page.
