NATIONAL DEMONSTRATION FOR PALESTINE Note: The assembly point has been changed
Saturday 29 November 12.00 noon. Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly) to Whitehall.

There is no ceasefire anywhere in Palestine. Israel continues to bomb, terrorise and deprive Gaza's exhausted and traumatised population while advancing its campaign to ethnically cleanse East Jerusalem and the West Bank. The UK government remains wholly complict in the apartheid and genocide while trying to sell us the idea that there is 'peace.' More information. Catch
the
10.31 Hastings train to London (no engineering works at the time of writing.). If you would like help with the train fare or would like to donate a fare, please contact us We match donors with
marchers.

Join the Sunday morning dance marathon to help raise funds for a family in Gaza that one of our members has become quite close to over the last year or so. She hopes to enable the family to purchase food, water and winter items after being displaced 7 times in that short time.
Everyone is encouraged to join in - please bring your family and friends. There's no requirement to dance for the full two hours - you can have a rest and put your feet up if you want! There will be cakes for sale and a raffle. More information.
WORKERS TAKING ACTION FOR PALESTINE
Wednesday 3 December 7.30pm. Isabel Blackman Centre, Winding Street.

Across the world workers are taking action against Israel's genocide in Gaza. Dock workers and airline workers have refused to load weapons bound for Israel. Millions took part in protest strikes across Italy and beyond, when Israel captured the Gaza flotilla of boats carrying aid to Palestinians.
From shops and pubs, to schools and hospitals, workers have the power to take direct action in solidarity with the people of Gaza - the illegal occupation relies on funding and support from all over the world and we can play a part in cutting off that support. Come along to this special organising meeting about Palestine Solidarity at Work hosted by the Hastings branch of Unite the Union with the Hastings and District Palestine Solidarity Campaign. Everyone is welcome. More information.

'WE HEAR ABOUT AID BUT WE DON'T SEE ANY - NOTHING REACHES US.'
At last Thursday's Zoom call with Al Mawasi.we found that with the onset of a harsh winter, conditions there are desperate, but there is no evidence of aid making it through to the coastal enclave. Whatever story is being told in mainstream media, reports on the ground paint an entirely different picture.
The day before they thought the war was returning as four rockets struck Al Mawasi, hitting the building which once housed UNWRA workers and which now hosts displaced people, killing three and injuring many more. For a full report of our meeting: Hastings Friends of Al-Mawasi (Facebook).
PALESTINE - ISRAEL: FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE Much of the 'information' in the corporate media is misleading. Here are some useful sources:
Middle East Eye. Electronic Intifada. Al Jazeera. Middle East Monitor.
Mondoweiss. Palestine Chronicle. Al Mayadeen. Mintpress. The Grayzone. The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor. Jonathan Cook. The Cradle. MediaLens. Declassified UK. The Hind Rajab Foundation.
