    EVICT GENERAL DYNAMICS - PROTEST AT GENERAL DYNAMICS

    Thursday 29 May. 7.30am - 9.00am 100 Castleham Road, Hastings, TN38 9NJ.

    Join our protest against genocide profiteer General Dynamics, starting at 7.30am; then at 9am we will be serving our own 'Eviction Notice' on the company. General Dynamics is best known for its 2,000 pound bombs that have caused such devastation to life and property in Gaza. In Hastings the two factories manufacture a range of avionics systems for fighter planes, helicopters and weaponised drones. They integrate technology onto military products such as the F-16 and the AW101, as well as the manufacture and maintenance of tactical communications equipment for ground vehicles.

    DON'T BUY APARTHEID DAY OF ACTION

    This Saturday 31 May 12noon. We will be at both local Aldi stores at Ore and Bexhill Road promoting the global boycott. We will be talking with shoppers encouraging them to join in the DON'T BUY APARTHEID campaign. Please come and join us.

     

    SATURDAY'S INFORMATION STALL

    Saturday 31 May 12.00 noon until 2pm Town Centre. Our weekly stall will be running as usual. All the usual information, petitions, plus keffiyehs, books, badges, boycott and General Dynamics stickers and Palestine Cola.

    REPORT: FUNDRAISING STALL FOR AL-MAWASI


    A great result for fundraising in Hastings for Al-Mawasi in southern Gaza. Not only raising sorely needed funds but raising awareness of the situation in Gaza, supporting a people on the receiving end of western-backed genocide. Thanks to all who donated bric a brac, bought stuff and all our brilliant volunteers who ran the day-long stall, in the face of some seriously windy weather! The total raised at our Goat Ledge stall as well as at our regular town centre stall was a terrific £824. Reports: Facebook and Instagram.
