    APARTHEID, ARMS AND ACTIVISM

    This is the first public meeting that we've had for quite a while. Not only is this an opportunity to hear from a speaker who has a wealth of experience in fighting against apartheid and has an extensive knowledge of the international arms trade, we hope this will also be an opportunity to meet up with our new members and new contacts that we have made over the last few months.

    So please stay afterwards to meet us, find out more about the Palestine solidarity movement and about our organisation. Entrance is free, with free tea/coffee and biscuits.

    NATIONAL DEMONSTRATION - CEASEFIRE NOW - STOP THE GENOCIDE IN GAZA - SATURDAY 30 MARCH

    Saturday 30 March. Meet at 10am at Hastings Train Station to catch the 10.21 train to London. More information here.

    12.00 noon until 2pm Town Centre. For those who can't make the London demonstration. Please visit our stall. It's important to have a presence in the town.

    STAND WITH THE #HASTINGS3 COURT DATE WEDNESDAY 3 APRIL

    Three protestors were arrested and charged with aggravated trespass during a peaceful demonstration at General Dynamics arms factory on Sidney Little Road on Thursday 29 February.

    Their cases come before Hastings Magistrates Court at 10am on Wednesday April 3 and we will be there from 9.30 to show our solidarity and support.

    THE ANNUAL AL-QUDS RALLY IN LONDON FRIDAY 5 APRIL

    3pm outside the Home Office, 2 Marsham Street SW1P 4DF. The Al-Quds Day demonstration has taken place in London for over 40 years. Organised by the Islamic Human Rights Commission. More information here.

    HASTINGS DEMANDS: STOP THE GENOCIDE
    MARCH ON GENERAL DYNAMICS

    Saturday 13 April 12 noon. Join our community march against General Dynamics. The march will start at 12 noon by the Clarence Road entrance to Alexandra Park and end at the General Dynamics site on Castleham Road, where we will hold a rally featuring speakers, music and children's activities. Bring signs, friends, family and BIG VOICES! More information to follow.
