APARTHEID, ARMS AND ACTIVISM with ANDREW FEINSTEIN Wednesday 27 March 7 pm at the White Rock Hotel.
Here's a great opportunity to look at the similarities between South African apartheid and Israeli apartheid from someone who was at the heart of the struggle in South Africa.
Andrew's mother, a holocaust survivor, lost dozens of her family in Auschwitz, and Andrew himself has lectured on genocide prevention. He has called-out the insidious weaponisation of antisemitism by the Israel lobby.
Andrew is a strong supporter of the global BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) movement against Israel. As part of this, he advocates for direct action. Are petitions and writing to MPs making enough difference? Should we be doing more? Come to the meeting to find out how we can all get involved.
Please share our Facebook event page and our Instagram page.
NATIONAL DEMONSTRATION - CEASEFIRE NOW - STOP THE GENOCIDE IN GAZA - SATURDAY 30 MARCH Saturday 30 March. Israel continues it's genocidal assault on Palestinians. The PSC has called this march to continue to put pressure on the UK government to call for a permanent ceasefire to stop its genocide. More information about trains to London to follow here.
If you or anyone you know needs help with the cost of a train ticket or is willing to sponsor someone else's ticket please email Hastings and District PSC and we will match you up.

Their cases come before Hastings Magistrates Court at 10am on Wednesday April 3 and we will be there to show our solidarity and support.
The Hastings3 are not the guilty ones - General Dynamics is guilty! More information here.

THIRD ATTEMPT AT CEASEFIRE MOTION BEFORE HASTINGS COUNCIL: MEETING CANCELLED. OUR PRESS RELEASE There were extraordinary scenes at Wednesday's Hastings Borough Council when the meeting was cancelled within seconds of it starting because one person stood up and politely asked a question: will the motion regarding the genocide in Gaza take place?
A coalition of councillors from the Green Party and Hastings Independents had tabled a motion for the council to call 'for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire in Gaza.' This was to be the third attempt to have the council debate this. HDPSC press release.
