    SATURDAY'S INFORMATION STALL

Saturday 3 May 12.00 noon until 2pm Hastings Town Centre. We have copies of our new 'Schools Out for Genocide Dynamics' pamphlet, BDS literature including the Don't Buy Apartheid campaign material, the East Sussex Pension Fund petition, plus keffiyehs from Nablus, Free Palestine badges, boycott and General Dynamics 'Guilty of Genocide' stickers.

"FLUSH IT AWAY" COCA COLA AMNESTY

Saturday 10 May 12.00 noon until 2pm Hastings Town Centre. Join us from midday and bring your secret Coca Cola stash for a novel way to put a lid on the fizzy drink......strictly no judgements!

Coca-Cola is now a priority target of the BDS movement as it operates a distribution center in an illegal Israeli settlement, meaning it is helping to entrench Israel's military occupation and colonisation.

We are offering a one-day amnesty for all Coca Cola cans and bottles, as well as the other brands the company owns like Schweppes, Sprite, Fanta, Innocent, Appletiser, Smart Water and Costa Coffee. Don't flush with embarrassment - pay us a call on Saturday and we'll get rid of it, at your convenience!

WORKPLACE DAY OF ACTION FOR PALESTINE

Thursday 15 May. Join an action in your workplace to demand an end to government and corporate complicity in Israel's atrocities. More information.

    NATIONAL DEMONSTRATION - NAKBA 77

Saturday 17 May 12.00 Embankment tube, London. This is the 77th anniversary of the 1948 Nakba. Demand the UK government take action to end the ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from their land. Catch the 10.31 Hastings train to London. If you would like to go but need help towards the cost of a ticket, contact us directly. We match donors with marchers.

GENERAL DYNAMICS STRUCK OFF THE LIST OF EXHIBITORS AT LOCAL CAREERS' FAIR

Genocide profiteer General Dynamics was billed to have an exhibit at Tuesdays 'Big Futures' careers' fair in Eastbourne.

One of our members wrote to the organiser of the fair giving legal and reputational reasons for ditching General Dynamics. This included the UN instruction that all countries and companies stop weapons transfers to Israel; the fact that the National Education Union (NEU) has called for all schools to cut ties with arms companies and to end careers collaborations; and now the Hastings and District PSC has launched the 'Schools Out for General 'Genocide' Dynamics' campaign which demands that schools stop hosting the arms company.

The result? General Dynamics was struck off the list of exhibitors! It's a real victory for people power. The idea that this company dares try to recruit locally among school and college students is appalling. Now General Dynamics must be booted out of every school and college in the area. Write to the head of your local school to ensure it is not hosting the merchants of death.
