NAKBA 78: MARCH FOR PALESTINE
Saturday 16 May 12noon. Exhibition Road, London SW7 2DB.
March to commemorate the Nakba - for 78 years; march against the far right. Palestinians have been subjected to a racist system of oppression including ethnic cleansing, settler-colonialism, apartheid and genocide; march against the far right in Britain which glorifies Israel's racism and brutality.
We're aiming to get the 9.25am train from Hastings to Victoria (avoiding Charing Cross where the Tommy Robinson supporters are mobilising). One of the organising groups recommend: travel in groups where possibe; avoid areas around Euston Station, King's Cross Station, Parliament Square and Whitehall; Remove badges etc. when travelling on London Transport; if you encounter Tommy Robinson supporters or streamers do not engage. More information (PSC).
