THE FILTON ACQUITTALS: TRYING TO STOP A GENOCIDE IS NOT A CRIME!
The state tried its best to get convictions of the six defendants as part of its campaign to portray Palestine Action as an organisation involved in violence against persons and to label Palestine Action as a 'terrorist organisation.' The jury decided otherwise. This is a useful background to the case by Craig Murray: Article here. Jonathan Cooke's article on the subject is worth reading: "The jury were right to acquit the Palestine Action defendants. Here's why." See below the Right to Protest/Lift the Ban hearings in Hastings.
WORKPLACE DAY OF ACTION FOR PALESTINE
Thursday 12 February 2026.

The PSC is calling on workers across all sectors to take part in the next Workplace Day of Action for Palestine. We want to show up for Palestine in all areas of our lives, so let's take the opportunity to show up in our workplaces on Thursday 12 February for the National Workplace day of Action.
Your show of solidarity can be as simple as wearing a badge or a keffiyeh. You could also organise a lunchtime "teach in," a fundraising bake sale, a collection or a petition, put up posters or stage a lunch time walkout.
Share a photo on the day of you and we will share on our social media. Either share/send photos to our Instagram, Facebook and Upscrolled pages or email us. Find more ideas and information on the PSC website.
Thursday 12 February (7.30pm) and Thursday 19 February (11am). The Electric Palace TN34 3ER.
There will be an introduction and Q and A with two of the producers on 12 Feb only.
