UK'S FIRST EVER 'PALESTINE ON THE PIER'

Sunday 5 September 12pm - 6pm Free Entry

Our biggest event to date will be held on Hastings' pier on Sunday and we hope to see you all there. Thanks to everyone who has helped get this unique event off the ground. If you would like to help out on the day please come to our Zoom volunteers meeting on Tuesday evening. With your support we'll make this one of the most important Palestinian events Hastings has ever seen.

    2.30 - Hawiyya Dance Company show (image above right)
    3.00 - Storytelling for the whole family
    4.00 - Live music by Jamal and Alaa
    5.00 - Dabke dance workshop by Hawiyya - everyone welcome!

    Fundraising
    This is a FREE event - held without any arts funding or grants. So we're asking for our members and contacts to help contribute. So far we've covered 44% of our costs (thanks to our sponsors and people who have already contributed). So if you or anyone you know can help contribute we would be very grateful:
    Volunteers

    We will be in Hastings Old Town (by the chess board in George Street) 12.00 until 2pm. Please come along and say hello.

    Sanctuary Festival 2021 Sunday 12 September 2021 From 12pm until 6pm

    Admission free. Hastings Museum and Art Gallery, Bohemia Road, Hastings TN34 1ET

    Hastings and Rye PSC online membership and donations

    Becoming a member of Hastings and Rye PSC is an important way of supporting our work.The annual subscription is £10 waged, £5 unwaged. We now have an online membership payment form.
