Public meeting: Palestinian Women Speak Out

Fadwa Allabadi and Rudayna Hamdan from Abu Dis will talk about human rights, their culture and lives under occupation.

Rudayna is a teacher at the Abu Dis Girls' School. Fadwa was an associate professor of gender studies and former director of the Insan Center at al-Quds University. Her areas of interest include women's rights and the law, women and citizenship, and gender and social change.

Deal of the Century - a rubber stamp for Israeli's violations of international law

Palestine stall at Hastings International Women's Day event

We will be running a stall at the event organised by Womens Voice at the Central Hall, Bank Buildings in Hastings Town Centre. 1pm - 3pm Sunday 8 March. The march beforehand starts at 12.00. The theme is 'women and the environment.'

Israeli military shot 15 year old Muhammad Shtewi in the head

Israeli soldiers shot Muhammad Shtewi with a rubber-coated steel bullet while he was spending time with friends at a public spring near Kufr Qaddum, a Palestinian village in the West Bank. Our weekly information stalls are in the Hastings town centre (weather permitting).
Saturday 12.00 - 14.00

Rye
We run stalls on the cobbles at the top of Conduit Hill, where it meets the High Street. 11 - 1 pm. For information about our next stall (or for anyone in the Rye area who wants to help out), please email.
